Now, as with most high-end slots from Thunderkick Gaming, the Riders of the Storm slot machine has the kind of graphics that rivals modern video games. The visual fidelity is top-notch and the characters are rendered so well that bettors could swear they knew them from somewhere!

There are 5 reels and 243 ways to win in this slot machine, with bets per spin being to the liking of just about every class of bettor. The setting is in fitting with the theme and is a balloon/airship floating among some dark clouds, in which a storm is raging. Icons on the reels of the Riders of the Storm slot machine consist of playing card values, anchors, ship wheels, hook knives, and the three aforementioned characters. These are the Engineer, Hunter, and Captain, with the latter being the most valuable and paying out 2x, 4x, and 15x the stake for 3, 4, and 5 on a payline respectively.

A crystal icon performs the role of the wild. This replaces every standard icon bar the scatter and pays out 15x the stake for 5 on a payline. The wild by default boosts all wins it contributes to in the base game by 2x.
