Astro Legends: Lyra and Erion review
Lyra and Erion are fully animated 3D characters, backed by a synth soundtrack. The symbols are three gems (garnet, amethyst and peridot) and the card letters A, K and Q. Wins come from clusters of at least five matching symbols touching horizontally or vertically. There are no paylines.
Multiplier wilds
The wild can only land in three red cells on the board. It substitutes for the regular symbols and adds a random multiplier of 2x to 5x to any win it is part of. If more than one wild is in the same winning cluster, their multipliers are added together.
Sonic Respin
After a cluster win, the Sonic Respin can start at random. The winning symbols are held and the rest of the board spins again. If the cluster grows or a new cluster forms, those symbols are held too and the board respins again, until a respin adds nothing or the board is full. According to Microgaming, this is where the 15,000x maximum win comes from.
Stardust and the Lyra Spirit bonus
Stardust bubbles appear at random and add 2 to 10 points each to a meter. At 100 points the Lyra Spirit bonus starts; extra points carry over.
Lyra becomes a wolf with three lives and runs through seven stages, collecting gems. At each stage you pick one of three lanes. Erion blocks one lane on stages 1 to 3 and two on stages 4 to 7, and every hit costs a life. Most sources say finishing with a life left adds 20x your stake. One operator describes it as 20x per remaining life, so check the in-game rules.
Volatility and max win
No official volatility rating is published. Most sources, including SlotCatalog, rate it high. The top prize is 15,000x your total bet. There are no free spins and no jackpot.
