Put a slots enthusiast in front of a trail bonus-based game that uses a boardgame-style mechanism, and you’ll find it hard to make them stop playing, but we did manage to drag ourselves away from this one long enough to write up our Night Roller slot machine review. Broadly speaking, this game is all about cash, glitz and glamour with gemstone symbols on the reels along with wallets stuffed with cash, and piles of banknotes – all set against an aerial Vegas backdrop. 

Your aim is to land the dice symbol, which will advance the piggy character around the outside of the reels, hopefully landing on one of the many features that are laid out. Betting Options 
You can take a seat on the board on Night Roller from just $0.10, with bets of up to $10 per spin possible if you really want to make it big. Larger bets lead to larger wins, though do remember not to gamble more than you can afford to lose.

Bonus Features
This game has 30 paylines and 5 reels, though it revolves almost entirely around the board game feature that encloses the reels. 

Once you’ve managed to move the piggy character around via the dice symbol, you’ll either land on a standard square for a regular cash prize – or, if you’re lucky, one of the features. The 3x square will, as you’d expect, multiply wins by 3 times, whilst the gold bar squares reward you with random wild symbols. However, when researching our Night Roller review we found that the most valuable symbol was the Spin Out square. 

This rewards you with a free spins round, and it’s not the sort of traditional double or triple multiplier round you’re used to seeing on less imaginative slots either: Land free spins on this game and not only do you get to play a few rounds with the casino’s money, but all the other features on the trail bonus board are activated at once for the duration of your extra spins. 

This can have an extraordinary effect on your returns, as you’d imagine – and whilst you do need to roll the correct combination of numbers on the dice to hit the Spin Out square, it’s pretty easy – in our experience – to hit it regularly as the dice symbol appears regularly enough to compensate for the times when you roll your way past the Spin Out square without being able to stop.
